Shipping policy

We offer simple, flat-rate ground shipping on all orders:

• Orders under $50: $5 flat-rate ground shipping
• Orders of $50 or more: FREE ground shipping

Dog Bowl Shipping
Because our dog bowls require additional protective packaging to help ensure they arrive safely and in one piece, a $5 shipping and handling fee applies to any order containing a dog bowl, regardless of the order total. This means that even if your order qualifies for free shipping by exceeding $50, the $5 fee will still apply if your order includes a dog bowl.

The additional fee helps cover the extra padding and packaging required to protect your bowl during transit.

Expedited Shipping
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Available expedited shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping charges apply regardless of order total and are not included in our free ground shipping offer.
